Heavy duty calibrated sanding machine is one of the necessary equipment for fiberboard, particleboard, plywood, wood-based board, wood-based board and other board thickness adjustment, fine sand polishing, heavy-duty fixed thickness sanding machine can achieve the desired perfect thickness, high precision, simple operation, safe and reliable.


The machine is mainly used in panel calibrating and fine sanding such as plywood, flake board, medium or high density board, glued laminated timber, block board, calcium silicate board, fiber cement board and so on. The machine adopts European innovative manufacturing process, which ensures the rationality of machine structure. And it also improves the machine’s precision and performance of continuous use.

Components

  1. Two Heads Calibrated Sanding Units: The machine is equipped with two sanding heads, each containing multiple sanding belts or pads. These heads are responsible for the precise sanding and calibration of both sides of the plywood sheet simultaneously, ensuring uniform thickness and a smooth surface.

  2. Automatic Feed System: The Automatic Plywood Sanding Grinding Calibrating Machine comes with an automated feed system that efficiently moves plywood sheets through the machine. Usage

  1. Preparation:

    Ensure the machine is properly installed and leveled on a stable surface.

    Check that all components, including the sanding heads, conveyor belt, and dust collection system, are in good condition.

    Select the appropriate sanding belts or pads for the type of plywood being processed.

  2. Adjusting Settings:

    Use the control panel to set the desired sanding speed, pressure, and conveyor speed based on the plywood’s thickness and material.

    Adjust the sanding heads to the correct position to ensure even sanding on both sides of the plywood sheet.

  3. Loading the Plywood:

    Place the plywood sheet onto the machine’s infeed conveyor, ensuring it is properly aligned.

    Activate the automatic feed system to begin moving the plywood through the machine.

  4. Sanding Process:

    As the plywood sheet passes through the machine, the two sanding heads will simultaneously calibrate and sand both sides.

    Monitor the process through the control panel, making any necessary adjustments to achieve the desired finish.

  5. Unloading and Inspection:

    Once the plywood sheet has passed through the machine, it will be discharged onto the outfeed conveyor.

    Inspect the calibrated and sanded plywood sheet to ensure it meets the required specifications.

  6. Maintenance:

    Regularly clean the sanding heads, conveyor belt, and dust collection system to prevent buildup and ensure optimal performance.

    Replace sanding belts or pads as needed to maintain consistent sanding quality.
